Our very first class BBQ!

Nothing much to say, because a barbecue is more of milling around, playing games, eating, and chatting than doing much else. Reached Marcus Pereira's house at about 6:30 PM after band practice, and found that the food was already cooked and everyone there had eaten already... surprising given my past experience with barbecues. I felt like some lazy bum there just eating and eating.

Today featured 19 of us, missing 6 people: Zhi Heng, Zi Jie, Samuel, Yuen Kei, Aldric, and Xiangyu. More pictures can be found on Facebook.

After a while, we migrated out of the house to the playground, and I watched all the lighter and more limber people have fun with the swings and playground apparatus :D.

Next was the much-vaunted arrival of Mr Vadi! And his wife. He brought with him at least $50 worth of potato chips, and some marshmallows too. Yay for Mr Vadi! We'll miss you, sir.

We retreated into one of the air-conditioned rooms after Mr Vadi left. From then on was bridge, piano, and camwhoring all the way.

Altogether, was a fun BBQ, spending some quality time with the class outside school and definitely away from schoolwork. Reached home at 11:10 PM, and I think I live the nearest.
