POP LOHHHH!!!!

It was actually a rather tolerable 24km march - not exactly fun though - especially with people to talk to and a refreshing change of scenery, aka SINGAPORE MAINLAND. It took in total about 8 to 9 hours, and it was soon apparent that there was a lot of planning and logistics involved with all the pit stops.

I mapped it out using Google Earth, but it's probably a very inaccurate sketch because (1) I was marching mostly in a dazed state, like everyone else, thus (2) as such I cannot remember all of the turnings, and furthermore (3) there are CLOUDS obscuring the map at places, and finally (4) the Marina Bay floating platform seems to be MISSING. Anyway it works out to be approximately 24km, so I wouldn't say we were cheated of any distance :).

Anyway, we got there, waited a while, then the parade began. And ended, all too quickly. So that's that for BMT, just have to wait for vocation now, Friday 10am.

To my section, Taurus P2S2, thanks for being whoever you are. Let's just leave it like that.

It should be made known and strongly emphasized that going for an outing - LAN plus dinner - after a 24km march in full battle order throughout the night and a parade in the morning is highly discouraged. And bad for health.

But who cares, it's been so long since so many of us were able to meet!
